Solution Example (Construction/Building) - Visualization of Electricity Usage

By understanding the attendance status of operators at their workstations and the dwell time of finished products, we aim to visualize the actual business conditions and improve production efficiency.

【System Overview】 In implementing energy-saving measures, the transparency of usage conditions has become a challenge. Currently, the amount of electricity used is unclear depending on the usage conditions of various floors and areas within the office. We will grasp the electricity usage of each area and the situation during and outside of business hours, and visualize the electricity consumption for each area and time period. In addition to monitoring electricity consumption, we will also monitor whether there are people in the area to improve wastefulness, and turn off the lighting and air conditioning in areas where no one has been present for a long time. We will analyze data from daily and monthly reports to further drive improvements. 【Structural Image】 Data from human sensors in each floor and area of office buildings, factories, and commercial facilities will be collected using the remote I/O device CONPROSYS nano, which is essential for the digitization of scattered local devices. Additionally, electricity consumption will be collected using electricity sensors and sent to the constant monitoring and telemetry system CONPROSYS TM. The accumulated data will be sent to the cloud service FacilityView for remote monitoring, enabling the monitoring of electricity usage for equipment on a per-floor and per-area basis from a distance.

Solution example (social infrastructure) - Remote monitoring of pH levels in industrial wastewater treatment.

By providing remote monitoring and traceability of the pH value in industrial wastewater treatment, water quality can be grasped in real-time, and records can be automatically maintained.

【System Overview】 With the increasing emphasis on corporate social responsibility and sustainability, the importance of waste traceability is growing. By providing remote monitoring and traceability of the pH value (hydrogen ion concentration) in industrial wastewater treatment, it allows for real-time understanding of water quality and automatic recording of data. Utilizing these records enables the optimization of the amount of neutralizing agents used, leading to reduced stock and associated fixed costs. 【Configuration Image】 By collecting the pH value of industrial wastewater with CONPROSYS TM and uploading the data to the cloud, it is possible to monitor water quality in real-time and optimize the amount of neutralizing agents used.

Solution Example (Manufacturing Industry) - Visualization of Temperature Monitoring for Paint Curing Ovens

By managing the temperature of the painting curing oven, we can understand the temperature conditions and abnormalities, contributing to the improvement of product quality.

【System Overview】 In the painting curing furnace within the factory, if temperature management is not properly conducted, variations in product quality may occur, leading to the possibility of defective products. By managing the temperature of the painting curing furnace, it is possible to understand the temperature conditions and abnormalities, contributing to the improvement of product quality. 【Configuration Image】 Monitor the temperature at multiple locations of the painting curing furnace, and if the temperature is outside the set range, an abnormality notification will be issued. By utilizing data from monthly and annual reports, traceability can be enhanced.
